Our platform serves both individuals and businesses, enabling seamless international payments, transfers, and integrations with partner platforms.About The RoleSolutions Engineering is a post-sales function, focused on working with integration partners to ensure the successful launch of products built on our services. This includes providing technical consulting, designing tailored solutions to fit partner needs, and working closely with internal teams to influence product development.We are expanding the Solutions Engineering function globally and seeking a leader to continue building the team in North America. This person will work across partners, their own team, the platform organization, and the wider business to maximize impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering team (4 engineers).
