Position: Coach - ESPORTSPart Time Up to 25 hours/week | WeekdaysWho are we?XP League is an esports league that is modeled after classic youth sports organizations, making it easy for parents and kids to understand our programming.Through coach and player training—that is custom-tailored by the PCA, Aim Lab, and our program directors—anyone can become a successful coach. Parents with no video game or esports experience will be able to connect with their kids on a level they had never imagined.What are we looking for?We are looking for a Coach to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children. Our coaches are the lifeblood of our XP League. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and player engagement. Are you experienced in working with children? Do you enjoy teaching and building life skills in young minds? Have you mentored youth? This could be the role for you.Responsibilities include:Commit to the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)Training – go through the guides and learn itCreate a positive and safe environment in which players can growWork with children to determine skill setsProvide feedback to parents after working with player who is on a tourClean site throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to corporate standardsReport weekly to League Commissioner on progressReport daily to League Commissioner with respect to day's activities and productivity in leagueQualifications:Working history with children ages 7 and up (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.) · Experience working with the general publicExperience in teaching, mentoring or childcare· Works well with others; collaborates· Knowledgeable about gaming and technology; or able to quickly pick up basic conceptsMust be fun to work with and like working in fast paced environments where requirements can change frequentlyHow to apply:Please email: draperut@codeninjas.comLocation: DraperThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
