This is a startup coverage model with significant shift needs and the opportunity to help stabilize and support an evolving hospitalist program. Assignment OverviewLocation: Pasco, WAStart Date: April 20, 2026Contract Length: 6+ monthsCoverage Need: Up to 30 shifts per monthShift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shifts only)No Night Call RequiredEMR: MeditechTemporary Privileges Available (approx. 60 days) Practice Setting35-bed hospital6-bed Open ICU12 hours of MD daytime coverage10 hours of APC daytime coverageTelemedicine support overnightAverage daytime census per provider: 26Average admissions per day: 4Average night admissions: 1No intensivists on-site This is a collaborative hospitalist environment with physician partnership and telehealth support in place. Candidate RequirementsActive Washington State license (required prior to submission)Board Certified NP (NCCNP) or PA (NCCPA)ACLS & BLS requiredHospitalist experience strongly preferredComfortable working in an Open ICU model The facility will not process credentialing with a pending license — an active WA license is required prior to submission. Potential cross-credentialing at a nearby Washington facility may be required.
