Sales Development Representative (SDR) (COSTA RICA, SAN JOSE preferred)

SDR – (San Jose, COSTA RICA Preferred)Your main responsibility as a Sales Development Representative will be to:Respond in a timely manner to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methodsCultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunitiesEnter prospects into Outreach follow up prospecting sequencesDevise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitoredProvide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reportsPass qualified leads over to the account executive teamDesired skills, experience and qualifications:Previous sales and/or marketing experienceExperience in similar demand generation role, preferably in the SaaS/IT sectorProficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and Sales tools (Outreach, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong aptitude for learning and ability to grow technical knowledgeAbility to effectively uncover pain points, challenges and unstated needsAbility to work independently, as well as be a team playerMotivated self starter, demonstrated curiosity and exceptional attention to detailWith exceptional performance, you will have the ability to promote into a Business Development Representative in 9-12 months.
