Risk Controlling Advisory - maternity replacement (f/m/d)

Your career at Deutsche Börse Group\n\nYour area of work:Clearstream Risk Management ("CRM") is responsible for measurement, controlling and reporting of operational, business and liquidity risks of the Clearstream Group. The CRM team reports to the Chief Risk Officer of Clearstream. The function will be tasked with the identification, measurement, reporting and monitoring of non-financial risks within Clearstream Group.Your responsibilities:Supporting the identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting on the non-financial risks which Clearstream's legal entities may be exposed toSupporting the business units with the development of risk scenarios and corresponding risk indicators, reviewing and reporting of Key Risk IndicatorsValidating the identified non-financial risks regarding completeness and accuracy & assessment of non-financial risks by analysis of e.g., risk indicators, loss data and audit findingsProviding advice, supporting and challenging Clearstream's legal entities' units to drive proactive risk management and generally improving risk awareness as part of the corporate cultureDeveloping, maintaining and enhancing risk concepts, policies and proceduresExplaining complex concepts to experts and non-experts through use of analytical skills, creativity, critical thinking and ability to see the big pictureEngaging with a multinational environment that implies excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsSupporting assurance activities reviewing controls for effectivenessYour profile:University or similar degree in a relevant fieldBusiness Process Management experiencePreferably knowledge of relevant regulation (Basel III, CRR, etc.) and COSO, COBIT/ITIL frameworksStrong analytical skills, critical thinking, as well as ability to identify problems and propose solutionsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsFluency in English (French and German would be an advantage)Knowledge of SAP GRC is an advantageYou can look forward to our benefit package:Hybrid Work and Flexible working hoursWork from abroad - 12 days of remote work from EU countries per yearPension fund contribution - 3% of your gross salary (5% after 5 years with us)Health & Wellbeing - fully covered Multisport card, life & accident insurance, 100% salary contribution during sick leave (up to 56 days)25 vacation daysMobility - fully covered public transport in Prague & free parkingFlexible Benefit Account (Pluxee) - 1200 per monthGroup Share Plan - discount on company sharesFree Access to E-Learning Platforms, Internal Development Programs, Mentoring & Learning Budget
