As a Design Director, you will oversee the biggest design projects in the country, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and the company’s strategic vision. Daily responsibilities include leading design teams, managing multiple projects, developing branding strategies, creating architectural concepts, reviewing construction drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining creativity and operational excellence.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Design Management, including leading teams and coordinating across projects to achieve high-quality outcomesAutoCAD Certified Professional – RequiredRevit Certified Professional – RequiredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft ExcelProficiency in Smartsheet, CoConstruct and Primavera P6 – RecommendedKnowledge on all NFPA code and standardsAbility to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Working under high pressure situations Ability to manage and oversee all staff Attention to detail Ability to communicate efficiently and precisely. Strong organizational skills Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering or Similar fieldExceptional ability to communicate
