LFB GROUP is a major player in the industrial refrigeration and HVAC sector, specializing in high-performance solutions for commercial and industrial applications.Through our well-known brands – Apx DCS, Friga-Bohn, and Redge – we deliver innovative and sustainable technologies designed to meet the evolving needs of our customers across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.Position Overview :We are looking for a Product Application & Engineering Specialist to support APX DCS solutions (CRAH, Fan Wall, Dry Coolers) across the full lifecycle—from product selection and quotation to production follow-up and technical support.This role bridges engineering, sales, and operations, ensuring accurate configurations, smooth execution, and strong customer support.The position could be based in any of our offices across Europe, including France, Spain, the UK, Poland, and others.Key Responsabilities1. Product Selection & ConfigurationAnalyze customer requirements and project specificationsSelect and configure appropriate solutions (CRAH, Fan Wall, Dry Cooler)Ensure compliance with technical and performance requirements2. Quotation & CostingPrepare technical and commercial quotationsDefine system configurations and pricingCollaborate with sales and engineering teams3. Bill of Materials (BOM)Create and validate BOMs for selected solutionsEnsure accuracy and alignment with design and production4. 3D Design / Technical ModelingSupport or review 3D models and product layoutsContribute to technical documentation and design validation5. Production Follow-upCoordinate with manufacturing teamsTrack project progress and resolve technical issuesEnsure delivery timelines and quality standards6. Laboratory / Testing Follow-upSupport product validation and testing activitiesAnalyze performance results and provide feedback7. Technical Support & Customer InterfaceProvide technical support to customers and internal teamsAssist with troubleshooting and solution optimizationSupport change requests and technical clarifications8.
