What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 1 years as a server in an upscale or full service environment. Wine & Spirits Knowledge: Strong understanding of wine, sake, and cocktail service. Personality: Polished, professional, and personable. A passion for hospitality and guest experience is essential. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to interact with high-profile clientele. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in presentation, from table settings to personal appearance.
