Office Coordinator

Front Office Administrator/Coordinator We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Administrator/Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Order materials and supplies via email in a timely and accurate manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed Perform basic office duties including filing, data entry, and document management Scan, organize, and upload documents, including within QuickBooks Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations Maintain organized records and ensure office efficiency Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks, including pulling purchase orders (POs) and uploading documents Familiarity with Adobe/PDF tools and Excel spreadsheets Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Work Environment Office-based position Standard business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) What We're Looking For A dependable team player with a positive attitude who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep the office running smoothly.
