API DEVELOPER

Job Description:Responsibilities:• Provide technical support to developers using our APIs, SDKs, and other tools.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and guides to assist developers.• Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events.• Collect and analyze feedback from developers to identify areas for improvement.• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the developer experience.• Conduct webinars, workshops, and training sessions to educate developers on best practices.• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant support.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience with documentation tools and platforms.• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
