Adecco is currently seeking reliable and motivated candidates for a Production Operator position on 3rd shift with our client located in St. Albans, VT. This role plays a key part in manufacturing plastic materials used in medical, personal care, and other regulated products used every day. Schedule Sunday – Thursday 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM (shift begins Sunday night and ends Friday morning) Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment including blending and machine operation Verify manufacturing data such as item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities Accurately complete production documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all written and verbal instructions and safety procedures Work both independently and as part of a team Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent Basic math skills Ability to follow instructions and document information clearly Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and with a team Preferred Skills Experience with blending or extruder operations Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to bend, climb, and stretch regularly Apply Now to be considered for this Production Operator opportunity in St. Albans, VT!
