This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters while also guiding and developing junior attorneys. You will work alongside highly respected practitioners in a firm environment that emphasizes quality over volume and collaboration over competition. Key Responsibilities:Manage trust and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution or trialRepresent trustees, beneficiaries, executors, and institutions in complex disputesHandle will contests, breach of fiduciary duty claims, undue influence matters, and related litigationDevelop case strategy, oversee discovery, and take/defend depositionsAppear in court, argue motions, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiationsCollaborate with estate planning and administration teams on integrated client strategiesMentor and train junior associates, providing hands-on guidance and feedbackContribute to the leadership and continued growth of the litigation practice Qualifications:5+ years of trust & estates litigation experienceStrong litigation skills, including motion practice, depositions, and court appearancesExperience handling high-value, complex matters independentlyAbility to navigate sensitive client dynamics with professionalism and discretionDemonstrated interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneysCalifornia Bar admission required Additional Information:Leadership role within a highly respected practiceSophisticated, high-stakes work with an elite client baseCollaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term stabilityClear opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the team and the practiceBillable Hours: 1800Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 (DOE) How to apply:Please submit your resume as a WORD document for immediate review and consideration.
