Software Developer AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We require native-level or bilingual English fluency. We need strong proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We expect excellent written communication and grammar skills. We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We only accept applicants located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clean, high-quality code examples and clear explanatory notes. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide actionable feedback that helps improve future AI models. We complete a short assessment as part of our hiring process. We choose projects and work hours based on our availability.
