Delivery Driver

Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cargo Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and ensuring timely deliveries. The delivery routes are local. This role also requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients during drop-offs. The Van Driver will be responsible for adhering to all traffic regulations. Tracking apps and other apps may be required. Duties Safely operate a van to transport goods to designated locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality. Deliver packages daily with a starting time at 9:30 a.m. for route assignment and loading. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving. Hiring for full-time, part-time, and backup drivers. Requirement Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. At least one year of experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred for local routes. At least two years experience required with verifiable experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience in commercial driving or as a courier is a plus. Pass a background check Drug screening required and will occur periodically. A dependable work ethic with attention to detail and time management skills.
