WMS and SQL Applications Analyst
The WMS & SQL Analyst is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the warehouse management system, SQL databases in an effort to support efficient distribution operations and order to cash processes.The analyst will work to support data integrations, analysis and reporting as well as to identify business requirements. This role combines system administration with hands-on data analysis, leveraging SQL Server to troubleshoot issues, maintain data integrity, and drive operational insights.This role works closely with warehouse, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure system accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.The ideal candidate will have experience with customer data analysis, WMS software, warehouse operations, Order to Cash processes and SQL server database maintenance. Primary Responsibilities:Understand business needs and objectives, and how they relate to the use of WMS and SQL Server.Administer and support the WMS, including user setup, permissions, and configurationWrite, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and reports to support operationsStrong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, shipping, cycle counts, physical inventory)Troubleshoot system and inventory issues using both WMS tools and direct database analysisInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies (inventory, transactions, order flows) at the database levelMaintain item, location, and inventory master data integrityMonitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization using SQL-based insightsSupport integrations between WMS and ERP systems, SQL Server and ETL tools including data validation and error handlingAssist with system upgrades, testing, and data validationManage projects related to the implementation, upgrade, or customization of business applications.Stay up to date on new technology, systems features and functionality, and how it can be leveraged to meet business needs.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related fieldBenefits: You can count on our standard healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, to keep you and your loved ones healthy.Work/Life Balance: We get it— finding work-life balance is key.
