Application Support Analyst

Summary of Position:Responsible for systems support and setup of clients and customers in Opportune and client-hosted systems. Duties & Responsibilities:Provide support for BOLO, OpenInvoice, EnergyLink, M-Files, and AutoMate as neededMonitor help desk requests for system supportMaintain user and client menus in BOLO in accordance with SOC1 complianceAssist departments with uploads and system errorsBuild queries as requested by clients and employeesAssist with resolving errors in systemsContact software vendors and submit case requests for items not resolved by internal analystsReview accounting processing issues for resolutionInterface with clients and customers on special projectsAssist on new client set ups and data conversionsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in MIS/Computer Science, or AccountingMust be self-directed and work with minimal supervisionMust be able to follow schedules and meet deadlines on special projectsExcellent oral and written skillsAbility to use computer systems and software to achieve maximum use of resourcesExperience with BOLO, Quorum ODA, OGsys, or related Upstream ERP systemsExperience with Forta Automate, Microsoft Power AutoMate, M-FilesAbility to converse with clients in a professional and understanding mannerMust be able to multi-task in a priority shifting environmentUnderstanding of Accounting systems and database architectureExceptional skills in Excel or equivalent software used in data analysis and conversion projectsFlexibility, multi-tasking, problem-solving, time management, and organization skills requiredLocation:Opportune LP- 10777 Clay Road, Suite 100 Houston, TX 77041Compensation & Benefits:Opportune LP offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
