Returns Processing Specialist

*Position Summary:* Inspect and define condition of return items.

• Inspects and test’s daily returns. Take pictures and keep file of issues found for documentation.
• Matches and logs refurbished items to inventory and maintains record on each item received and log results of determination for each item.
• Identify and repackage products as necessary to return to inventory
• Locates and ships replacement parts.
• Pack and pull merchandise
• Cycle counts/Inventory Control

_*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*_

• Forklift certification training is done on our site
• Basic knowledge on how to use a camera.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in the warehouse industry and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess time management skills and meet targeted goals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, and Docs.
