We are seeking an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician for an exciting 40-day assignment with our client in Indiana, starting Jun 1, 2026. This role involves in-house 12 and 24-hour shifts, focusing on OB triage, labor management, performing deliveries, and responding to inpatient OBGYN concerns. Providers should ideally be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per month, with call shared among a group of laborists and generalists. Responsibilities and Duties Handle in-house shifts only, primarily 12-hour laborist positions. Manage OB Triage (outpatient). Take a minimum of two shifts per month. Share call with a group of laborists and generalists. Perform no in-office clinics. Conduct triage patient evaluation, including admission and discharge. Provide labor management, assisting generalists during weekdays and serving as the primary MD for labor and delivery evenings and weekends. Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Respond to immediate inpatient OBGYN concerns and patient needs. Evaluate ER OBGYN patients who necessitate an OBGYN consultation. Manage inpatient evaluation of all OB patients who present as unattached or MFM transfers. Round on antepartum OB patients on weekends and provide immediate response to antepartum patient needs. Perform circumcisions for infants in NICU/Special Care Nursery.
