Production Associate (Weekend Nights) – Earn $52,000+ Working Only 3 Days/WeekPreco is hiring a Production Associate for a full-time weekend night shift job in Somerset, WI. As a Production Associate, you’ll earn $25/hour while working just three days per week, giving you four full days off every week. This role is ideal for candidates looking for strong pay, a consistent schedule, and more time during the week for family, school, or personal responsibilities.Preco is a growing manufacturing company known for its advanced equipment, modern technology, and strong team culture. As a Production Associate, you’ll work Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, working 36 hours but being paid for a full 40-hour week. That means you can earn over $52,000 per year while working only three days each week. The company also offers medical and dental coverage, a 401k plan, paid time off and vacation time, and a shoe reimbursement program.Key Responsibilities:Operate custom designed, laser based machinery to process material or parts in accordance with customer specifications.Perform quality inspections of finished parts.Operate automated equipment using written work instructions.Package and route parts to shipping with required paperwork.Experienced operators will program equipment to perform various cutting and welding operations.
