DocuWare Specialist / IT TechnicianLocation: Billerica, MA Reports to: IT DirectorSummarySupports and maintains the DocuWare platform while providing day-to-day IT support for users, devices, and basic systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister DocuWare (users, permissions, basic workflows, configurations)Manage document capture, indexing, and filing processesTroubleshoot DocuWare and end-user issuesProvide IT support (user accounts, laptops, printers, basic networking)Assist with system updates, patches, and basic integrationsMaintain documentation and assist with process improvements’Learn functions of the JOH Helpdesk reporting systemsProvide level 1 software and hardware support for all JOH users and clientsQualifications1–3 years of experience with DocuWare or similar systemsBasic understanding of workflow automation and document managementExperience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and general IT supportStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsPreferredDocuWare certifications or trainingHelp desk or IT support experienceSkills / Knowledge / Abilities requiredOral and written communication skillsLearning skillsCustomer service orientedProblem analysisProblem-solving AdaptabilityPlanning and organizingAttention to detailStress tolerance Physical demandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
