Project Manager – SAP S/4HANALocation: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ 85027 Contract through January 2027 as a W2 employee of Talent Groups with potential for conversion to Full-Time. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP initiatives, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or system conversions. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.This is an opportunity to play a key role in large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP project execution, including planning, delivery, monitoring, and project closeoutManage SAP-focused initiatives across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environmentsDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, QA, and external partnersTrack project health using KPIs, risks, issues, and status reporting for leadershipFacilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussionsSupport cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization effortsDrive project governance, documentation, change management, and knowledge transfer activitiesEnsure compliance with project delivery standards, methodologies, and organizational policiesIdentify risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive successful project outcomesRequired Qualifications7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading SAP projectsProven success in managing full lifecycle SAP implementationsExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations, migrations, or system conversions strongly preferredStrong knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid modelsExperience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and ConfluenceStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred QualificationsPMP certificationSAP Activate certificationExperience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programsBackground in SAP cutover planning, go-live support, and post-production stabilization
