First Team Baseball Coach - Mt. Ararat High School

Welcome to Maine School Administrative District #75 (MSAD 75)Serving Maine's Midcoast communities of Bowdoin, Bowdoinham, Harpswell, and Topsham, MSAD 75 is home to over 2,350 students and more than 600 faculty and staff members.MSAD 75 is seeking a First Team Baseball Coach (Gr. 9-12) to join our Athletic Department at Mt. Ararat High School.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop and implement an organized and comprehensive baseball program.Work collaboratively with other program coaches, parents, boosters and youth organizations.Provide positive leadership while teaching and modeling good sportsmanship.Provide adequate supervision and management of team members during practices and games.Use current best practices to teach and develop baseball skills while maintaining student-athlete safety.Report game results to Athletic Director and local media outlets.REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or GED/HiSet.Prior Varsity head coaching experience preferred.Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to attain.Current Sports First Aid Certification, or ability to attain.State of Maine Department of Education background check (CHRC) authorization.How to apply for CHRC/Certification
