Who We're Looking For:EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director of PMO. In this critical role, you will lead a team of project managers to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives that will allow EmpiRx Health meet market demands. If you are highly motivated with a strong background in project management and leadership, and you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply.What You'll Do:As the Director of PMO, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:Strategic Alignment & Planning: Ensures that project management practices and methodologies are aligned with the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives. Define project scope; identify, manage & control changes to scope.PMO Development: Establishes, develops, and maintains the PMO's structure, processes, training, and standards.Methodology and Framework: Implements and maintains a standardized project management methodology or framework (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).Resource Plannning: Manage Resource Management: Oversees the allocation and management of project resources, including people, budget, and equipment.Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Performance Measurement: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracks project performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Stakeholder Management: Manages relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and team members.Continuous Improvement: Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across the organization to enhance project management effectiveness.Change Management: Develop and execute behavioral change management plan to ensure user adoption of new systems and processes. Participate in and facilitate post project/phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization. Develop and maintain project artifacts (stakeholder analysis and status reporting).
