OverviewWe are currently looking for an energetic, service oriented, fun individual to join our team as an Assistant Front Office Manager!The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:Provide support to the Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager, Co-Managers and leadership to Front Desk, Guest Services Bell/Valet, Night Audit, PBX and Security Team.Training, adherence and upholding of service standards.Participating in daily operations to ensure a successful guest experience with attention to details for special requests and VIPs.Oversee associate performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, training, counseling/formal coaching, delivering recognition and reward.Provide ongoing training as needed to maintain service and satisfaction scores and trends, evaluate and address issues to make improvements accordingly.Professional contact with all other hotel departments such as Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering etc. as it is crucial to ensure that hotel services are coordinated to provide the best in guest and associate satisfaction.The ideal candidate possesses:Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency of the English language.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Ability to organize, delegate & work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and the Internet.A flexible schedule is required and with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.Previous experience in overseeing associates under a collective bargaining agreement a plus.To Apply: Complete the application process, including salary expectationsLeadership enjoys the following benefits:Affordable Health Benefits Package--Medical/Dental/Vision (individual and family coverage at only $50/month)401k plan--with employer matchingPaid days off--holidays/personal/vacation/sickReduced Parking--$2 valet per dayDiscounted dry cleaningComplimentary mealBus Pass Reimbursement Program--50% of bus and ferry transportation reimbursedCareer growth opportunitiesOur Culture:The Noble House Hotels & Resorts philosophy emphasizes 'location, distinction, and soul'.
