Role: Support Engineer – GenAI Agents & MCP ServersContractLocation: RemoteJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and support AI agents for enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.Build, configure, and troubleshoot MCP servers and custom tools for LLM-based applications.Integrate agents with enterprise systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and backend services.Monitor system performance, logs, and tool interactions to ensure high availability.Required SkillsStrong experience in Python for tool and agent development.Hands-on knowledge of MCP framework, tool schema design, and server creation.Understanding of LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex).Experience with API integration, JSON schemas, and backend services.Familiarity with Docker, basic DevOps, and deployment processes.Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work directly with customers onsite.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
