Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Job Responsibilities:Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis.Ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries and the preparation of financial statements.Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit readiness activities.Lead revenue reconciliation audits and support financial period close processes.Review expense reports, corporate credit card transactions, and related journal entries. Requirements:Demonstrate strong expertise in intercompany reconciliations and multi-entity financial analysis.Apply excellent knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders across departments.Solve problems effectively using strong analytical and organizational skills.Manage and develop accounting teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.10+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-volume, multi-location industries.Lead accounting teams and oversee successful system implementations.Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Utilize experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, cost accounting, and contract analysis (preferred).REF#50614
