Motorized Window Treatment Installer (High End Resi)

*** APPLY ONLINE ONLY *** You Are: A technically inclined individual with a strong understanding of window treatment installation (motorized/manual) who enjoys problem-solving and delivering clean, professional work. You want to be in the field, hands on. You Have: Experience with the measuring, installation, programming, maintenance, and servicing of motorized window treatments across high-end residential and commercial projects. (Ideally Lutron but you may come from installing versions from Crestron, Somfy, or similar) Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. Your Location: Our Office: 1097 Jupiter Park Ln Ste 3, Jupiter, FL 33458 (Not remote/hybrid) Our Projects (Your Work): Luxury homes in the surrounding area Your Schedule: Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm Your Manager: Ken, VP of Operations Your Contribution to Definitive Electronics: Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and system layouts Measure and order appropriate products in a timely manner Mount brackets, shade tubes, fascia, side channels, and fabric assemblies accurately. Install & commissioning of window treatments (Lutron) including roller shades, draperies, & roman shades Integrate with home automation systems Quality Control post installation Maintain up-to-date field documentation, installation logs, and service records. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience installing motorized window treatments Proficiency with leading brands such as Lutron & Crestronetc. Strong understanding of electrical wiring and low-voltage systems Definitive Electronics' Contribution to You: $34/hr to $40/hr – Yup! 401k Medical Insurance - 75% covered.
