Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Conducts preventive maintenance on all equipment and assigned.; Troubleshoots and takes corrective action to ensure structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration operate as needed.; Operates lawn equipment as needed.; Performs general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the Casino as directed by immediate supervisor.; Operates Company vehicles as required.
