You want BigLaw-caliber clients without a pressure-cooker culture.What You'll DoAdvise on and document complex transportation finance transactions, including aviation, rail, and maritime asset financingDraft and negotiate finance documents, security agreements, and cross-border transaction structuresWork directly alongside senior shareholders on active deals — not isolated in a doc review siloDevelop client relationships and contribute to business development with dedicated firm supportBuild toward partnership on a transparent, benchmarked trackWhat We're Looking For2–6 years of transactional experience at a law firm (required)Background in asset finance, structured finance, or related transactional work preferredStrong drafting skills and comfort working on complex, cross-border mattersActive bar admission required; no visa sponsorship availableIMPORTANT TO KNOWHybrid: 3 days in-office in Los Angeles. Billable target of 1,850 hours — widely viewed as reasonable. Up to 100 pro bono hours count as billable.
