Operating with a lean, in-office team, 5H Energy combines disciplined outbound sales processes, proven CRM systems, and internal valuation expertise to drive long-term growth through relationship-based acquisitions.About the RoleAs an Acquisition Associate - Mineral & Royalty Acquisitions, you will be on the front lines of the company's growth strategy. This is a sales-first role centered on initiating conversations with mineral owners, negotiating transactions, and closing deals. You will manage the acquisition process end-to-end, from first contact through execution, in a performance-driven environment where persistence, resilience, and follow-up are critical.
