Automotive Lube Technician

Job Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive / Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, ensuring customer vehicles are serviced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacementsbrake replace Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission, etc.)Rotate and balance tiresConduct multi-point vehicle inspectionsCheck and replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate recommended services to service advisors or customersFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesQualificationsPrevious automotive or lube technician experience preferred (not required)Basic mechanical knowledge of vehiclesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred SkillsASE certification (a plus but not required)Experience with tire services and basic diagnosticsStrong teamwork and communication skills
