Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Candidate Attorney located in Melrose Estate, Sandton.. The Candidate Attorney will support qualified attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and preparing cases for court. Responsibilities also include assisting with Road Accident Fund and Criminal law matters, participating in client meetings, and collaborating on negotiations to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge in Law, including Road Accident Fund.Proficiency in providing accurate and clear Legal Advice based on thorough understanding of legal frameworks.Excellent Legal Research skills and the ability to analyze complex information effectively.Effective Negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and achieve favorable outcomes.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.LLb degree or equivalent qualification and eligibility to practice law in Illinois.Previous experience or internship in a legal or related field is advantageous.
