Washington Licensed Primary Care Therapist

A company is looking for a Primary Care Therapist. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with the Primary Care team to coordinate referrals for patients needing behavioral health therapy Assesses patients' psychosocial service needs and creates treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provides individual counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitates treatment groups focused on psychoeducation and behavioral interventions Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry, or equivalent training Active license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), PsyD, or equivalent in Washington State Knowledgeable about behavioral health, chemical dependency, and developmental stages 2-3 years of experience providing clinical therapy is desired 1 year of experience in a healthcare agency/environment is preferred
