About EPG GroupEPG Group delivers global contingent workforce solutions across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.Through our platform, Xemplo, we manage onboarding, employment, payroll, compliance, and billing—giving clients control and visibility across their workforce.We’re scaling quickly and need someone who can own operations, fix problems, and drive consistency globally.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on operator to run global contingent workforce programs.This is a delivery role, not a pure strategy role. You will be in the detail—working across vendors, clients, payroll, legal, and internal teams to make sure everything runs properly. We're flexible, open to remote global locations ideally USA or ANZ. You will:take ownershiphold people accountablefix issues quicklybuild structure where it doesn’t existIf you like solving problems, working across multiple countries, and driving outcomes—this role is for you.What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End OperationsRun global contingent workforce programs day-to-dayOwn onboarding → compliance → offboarding workflowsDrive SLAs, timelines, and delivery standardsIdentify issues early and resolve them fastVendor & Supply Chain ManagementManage and optimise global suppliers and partnersHold vendors accountable on performance, compliance, and timelinesAddress underperformance and remove friction from the supply chainSimplify and standardise delivery across regionsGlobal ExecutionEnsure consistent delivery across multiple countriesNavigate local requirements without slowing executionCoordinate across payroll, legal, HR, and finance to keep things movingWorkforce Engagement ModelsSupport contractor vs employee engagement decisionsEnsure structures are compliant, practical, and commercially soundManage re-engagements, changes, and remediation when requiredSystems & Process (Xemplo)Use Xemplo to drive workflow, visibility, and controlEnsure data integrity and audit-ready recordsPush automation and remove manual inefficienciesClient DeliveryAct as a reliable operator for client programsSupport implementations and ongoing deliveryProvide clear, practical, solution-focused guidanceYou own the outcome — not just the process.Required Qualifications & Experience10+ years in global contingent workforce compliance, human resources, labour compliance, , or employment lawStrong understanding of international labour laws, worker classification, statutory requirements, and tax obligationsDemonstrated experience managing multi-country workforce programsProven ability to work with HR, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and external specialistsStrong governance, documentation, and process design expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder managementPreferred ExperienceExperience with EOR, AOR, TPP, and global contingent workforce modelsExpert experience and ability to navigate HRIS or compliance technology platformsExperience supporting audits, migrations, and global implementationsCompliance, HR, or legal certificationsOnly successful applicants will be contacted.
