Job DescriptionOur client is seeking for candidates who are Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or Lifeguard certified with at least two years of experience teaching swim lessons.Our client is seeking a high-level Swim Instructor to join our boutique program for the Summer 2026 season. We are looking for an expert who is passionate about water safety and capable of delivering results for students in Level 1, 2, and 3 sessions.Requirements:Proven competitive swimming background and a history of swim instruction.Ability to independently manage a group and achieve Red Cross skill mastery.Professional reliability and a gift for working with children.How to Apply: We are conducting interviews this week to finalize a decision by early next week.The Deliverable: As an independent contractor, you will utilize your expertise to progress students through American Red Cross Level 1, 2, and 3 skills.The Schedule:Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AMDates: May 26 – July 31Holiday Note: Our first session begins on Tuesday, May 26th (due to Memorial Day on Monday). All subsequent weeks follow the MWF schedule.Off Weeks: No lessons the weeks of June 8 and June 29.Compensation Structure: We value expertise and reward years of experience and professional credentials.
