Program Specialist II

Darkblade Systems, a CIS Secure company, has an opportunity for a Program Specialist II supporting a new program located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Responsibilities Administrative / technical work in a management environment. Performs high-quality project support Will contact most levels of government personnel Handles confidential information Maintains logs, records, archives, and / or working files Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, arranges meetings, and / or travel arrangements. OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. TRAVEL: Limited or minimal travel expected. CLEARANCE: Qualifications Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required. Potential to upgrade Secret clearance. EDUCATION: Associates of Arts or Science OR two-year technical school degree + minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED plus 10 years experience SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Personal computer literacy with knowledge of email, word processing, and spreadsheet software. Experienced with common office equipment, e.g., fax machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers. Minimum of 3 years relevant administrative support experience, or military experience E3 and up.
