Our Architect Representative will be based out of our Pottstown office and service the Greater Philadelphia area.RESPONSIBILITIESThe position will promote the specification of Pella products with architects and design firmsGenerate business by leveraging/creating business development opportunities with architectural firms, and potential other avenuesOpen avenues through various activities that will provide opportunities to increase our commercial and trade fenestration products market sharePromote yourself and Gunton Corporation through membership, networking, and participating at relative and industry organizationsInitiate and market Gunton events within the design community to promote relationships with current Pella users and introduce us to new prospective business partnersPromote, schedule, prepare, and conduct box lunch programs in conjunction with Outside Sales Representatives as appropriateREPORTING RELATIONSHIPReports to Commercial Segment ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSA valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordAbility to lift and carry sales tools that could weigh up to 50 poundsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in sales working with architects or architectural firmsCollege degreeExperience working with Architects & Design FirmsExperience in ConstructionWHAT WE OFFERNo Overnight TravelSmall Geographical TerritoriesPaid TrainingVehicle AllowancePhone and LaptopPaid VacationPaid Parental LeaveInsurance (Health, Vision, Dental, Life)Flexible Spending Account401(k) & Profit SharingGunton Corporation is pleased to be an equal employment employer.
