Role Description This is a full-time tuesday- saturday , on-site role for a Salon Manager located in Oceanside, CA. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and manage staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, maintaining the salon's cleanliness and functionality, supporting professional growth for team members, hiring and onboarding new team members, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Additionally, the Salon Manager will ensure adherence to salon policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and ensure excellent experiences.Experience in Hiring and onboarding staff, and in team leadership.Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage salon operations as well as creating documents, tracking & creating pathways for growthBasic knowledge of scheduling systems and salon management software (preferred).Inventory management & ordeeing, budgeting for suppliesPassion for the beauty industry and fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
