ZEK’s growing Banking and Real Estate Lending Practice is seeking an attorney with one to three years of experience.Qualifications:J.D. from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)Admitted to practice law in New York or passed the bar and awaiting admissionOne to 3 years of experience as banking and lending associate Responsibilities:The role will include drafting documentation for bank and non-bank financial institutions and private lenders for transactions secured by real estate, various other types of personal property, as well as for non-performing remedial matters.
