We are building best-in-class communities and looking for top performers to help bring them to life.What You’ll Do:Drive Lease-Up PerformanceOwn the full leasing cycle, from initial inquiry to signed lease and move-in Convert phone and internet leads into tours, and tours into leases Achieve aggressive occupancy and revenue goals during lease-up stabilization Create urgency and momentum to build traffic and close leases quickly Marketing & Traffic GenerationExecute creative marketing strategies to generate qualified traffic Leverage social media, ILS platforms, outreach, and local partnerships Conduct competitor shops and stay informed on market trends to adjust strategy Support and implement concession and pricing strategies aligned with lease-up goals Deliver an Exceptional Resident ExperienceProvide a best-in-class experience from first tour through move-in and beyond Proactively follow up with prospects and new residents to drive conversions Build relationships that lead to strong retention and future renewals Assist with resident events and community engagement initiatives Prepare & Maintain a Premier ProductEnsure model units, tour paths, and amenities are show-ready at all times Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness Maintain strong curb appeal and a polished leasing environment Operations & AdministrationAccurately track traffic, leasing activity, and prospect data in property management systemProcess applications, screenings, and lease documentation in compliance with Fair Housing laws Support lease execution, move-ins, and renewal processes Respond quickly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries What We’re Looking For3+ years of leasing or property management experience Lease-up experience strongly preferred (Class A a plus) Proven track record of closing leases and exceeding occupancy goals Strong understanding of Fair Housing compliance High sense of urgency, strong follow-up skills, and attention to detail Professional, energetic, and customer-focused mindset Why Join Chance Property Management?Be part of a brand-new community from the ground up Work directly with an owner-managed, growth-focused company Competitive compensation + bonus opportunities tied to performance Opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the asset and communityOur MissionAs a Leasing Professional on a lease-up, you are not just leasing apartments, you are building a community.
