The Solution Analyst supports the delivery of enterprise platform capabilities by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. This role sits within the Platform Engineering organization, focused on building reusable infrastructure components and policy-as-code guardrails that enable secure, scalable, and self-service technology solutions. Working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO), platform engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Solution Analyst ensures that incoming requests are well-defined, aligned to enterprise standards, and sequenced to maximize business value and platform adoption. This role also leverages data analytics and observability insights to validate and prioritize requirements and ensure platform capability roadmaps are aligned to real business needs, performance signals, and operational outcomes.
