Learn more about us What you will be doing: The Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for Supervising salaried bargaining unit process engineers in the development of process tooling for trim, chassis, and final operations from vehicle design concept through in plant vehicle launch. Champion data driven decisions. Manage complex projects from beginning to end and meet project budget and timing targets. Manage issues and drive root cause analysis, utilizing tools such as Fishbone diagrams, 5 why's, FMEAs, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Six Sigma, and Red X. Directs design for manufacturing concepts throughout all projects big or small and works to develop a solid team atmosphere empowering direct report to take ownership of their processes. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
