As a Queue MerchandiseCoordinator, you will help grow our Social Enterprise business throughcreation of queue and new merchandise orders for our retail stores. Youwill join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships withcustomers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forwardmovement of our mission.Must haves: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Word, Excel andOutlook Basic math, reading and writing skills Able to work with little supervision Must have a valid, state-issued drivers license\\Our Queue Merchandise Coordinator will: Establish transparency and accuracy in ordering merchandise andfilling orders to retail stores. Collaborate with store teams and leadership for in-storemerchandising and signage. Effectively train team members, and store teams on purchased productprocesses and merchandising through email correspondence and storevisits. Take inventory cycles and prepare and distribute sales and unitmovement reports. Build relationships with store team members to accuratelycommunicate inventory needs.As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifyingemployer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
