Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Copilot & SharePoint)

This position is fully remote (indefinitely). **We are hiring a senior Modern Work Engineer focused on Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint solutions. This role combines hands-on solution development with client-facing delivery, scoping, and training. You will design Copilot agents, lead discovery and scoping conversations, lead training sessions, and support Microsoft 365 initiatives across a range of client environments.You will work across multiple client engagements, moving between solution architecture, solution design and delivery, SharePoint configuration, pre-sales support, user training, and post-implementation recommendations.
