This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing international company. The Controller will lead all accounting operations and ensure the integrity of the company’s financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting function, overseeing the monthly close process, and providing timely, accurate financial insights to support business decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can operate both strategically and tactically in a growing, mid-sized organization.ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingOversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assetsManage and improve the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPrepare and review accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAPEnsure compliance with all regulatory, tax, and reporting requirementsLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team of one senior staff memberEstablish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policiesDrive accountability and continuous improvement within the finance functionBudgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecastingMonitor financial performance and provide variance analysisPartner with leadership to support strategic planning and decision-makingCash Management & OperationsOversee cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital managementOptimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupport operational initiatives with financial analysis and insightsAudit & ComplianceCoordinate and manage external audits and tax filingsEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal policiesMaintain documentation and readiness for audits and reviewsQualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance CPA strongly preferred7–12+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior Controller or Assistant Controller experience in a mid-sized company Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience managing a teamKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team development skillsHands-on, detail-oriented with a willingness to “roll up sleeves.”Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionallySystems-savvy with experience improving processesWhy Join Us?Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing companyHigh visibility with executive leadershipAbility to make a direct impact on financial strategy and operationsCollaborative and entrepreneurial work environment
