The role involves preparing construction project estimates, managing overall project budgets, and overseeing cost management during all project phases. The Estimator/Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met within designated timelines and budgets.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and tracking financial performanceSolid experience in Construction Estimating and Project EstimationStrong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholdersProven organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with industry-standard software tools and technologiesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
