Administrative Coordinator

Our client is seeking an Office Services Coordinator for a 5 month contract with the potential to go fulltime. This is an onsite position in Somerville.The main function of an Office Services Associate may include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, and take inventory, and distributing mail. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaintsAnswer telephones, direct calls and take messagesCompile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activitiesCompute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reportsMaintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systemsCommunicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaintsAnswer telephones, direct calls and take messagesVerbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and keep information organized and confidentialPrevious experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointHigh school diploma or GED typically required, 2-4 years administrative/customer service related experience required
