Maintenance TechnicianBattle Creek, Michigan, United StatesAbout the JobShift - 2nd ShiftPay - $20-$30/hr (DOE)Basic Responsibilities:Responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of the machinery in Electronics AssemblyAbility to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, etc.Must have good communication skillsMust be able to work with technical support groups for troubleshooting equipment issuesAbility to troubleshoot and repair printed circuit boards to component levelAvailable for daily and weekend overtimeExperience with IA and other robotics programming and problem-solving.Required Qualifications:Strong mechanical aptitudeBasic electrical knowledgeBasic knowledge of mechanical systemsBasic understanding of hydraulic systemsThree (3) + years in a technical or mechanical positionOptional/Preferred Skills:Five (5) + years in a manufacturing environmentPass Mechanical Aptitude testGood communication skillsPreventative maintenance experienceVTI experienceMolding and coatings experiencePLC/Robotics programmingEducation Required:High School Diploma or GEDPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
