Sr Staff Software Systems Engineer - Core Mission Systems

Overview In this role you shape the technical direction for mission-system domains, delivering cohesive, secure, and mission-ready software-intensive solutions. You collaborate with U.S. Government customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into technical direction and architecture. You will lead system architecture, risk mitigation, and cross-domain integration, while advancing AI-assisted engineering to boost efficiency and quality. This is a high-impact position that blends systems thinking with hands-on execution in complex, classified environments.
