Motion Graphics Designer / Editor Our client is seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer / Editor to create high-performing digital advertising content for mobile games. This role combines motion design, video editing, gameplay storytelling, and performance marketing creative development. The ideal candidate brings experience creating user acquisition content for mobile games and can transform gameplay footage, motion graphics, typography, visual effects, and sound into compelling short-form video ads optimized for digital platforms.Duration: 6-month contractHours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekLocation: Hybrid, Burbank, CAIndustry: Gaming / EntertainmentRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, digital advertising, or entertainment marketingExperience creating user acquisition or performance marketing content for mobile gamesStrong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and digital advertising creativeAdvanced Adobe After Effects skillsProficiency with Adobe Premiere ProStrong Photoshop skills and working knowledge of IllustratorUnderstanding of animation, typography, composition, pacing, and storytellingExperience producing short-form content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other digital platformsExperience developing creative variations for testing and optimizationFamiliarity with advertising performance metrics and creative testing strategiesExperience working with AI-supported creative workflowsKey ResponsibilitiesCreate motion graphics and edited video content for user acquisition and digital marketing campaignsDevelop engaging short-form ads using gameplay footage, animation, typography, and visual effectsBuild performance-focused creative across social and paid media channelsProduce multiple creative concepts and high-volume ad variationsCommunicate gameplay features, mechanics, progression systems, and player motivations through visual storytellingDesign modular After Effects projects and reusable templatesAdapt creative assets for multiple platforms, aspect ratios, and campaign requirementsCollaborate with creative, production, marketing, and user acquisition teamsParticipate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and performance discussionsStay current on gaming trends, motion design techniques, and emerging AI toolsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
